Every piece in The Elite Collection is processed and handled with operational precision. We design our garments to meet high executive standards, and we back our physical products with clear, predictable logistics.

Below you will find our operational standards for order processing, shipping timelines, and return protocols.

1. Fulfillment Timelines

We respect your time and prioritize prompt handling.

  • Standard Retail Orders: All standard online orders are processed and prepared for transit within 2 to 3 business days.

  • Firm Gifting & Bulk Orders: Large-scale custom orders or bulk corporate allocations via The ALJVAS Gifting Asset follow a dedicated operational timeline. Fulfillment windows for these orders are established directly during your firm’s onboarding or procurement process.

  • Operational Windows: Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on observed holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Transit & Shipping Standards

We utilize reliable, tracked commercial carriers to ensure your items arrive securely.

  • Tracking: The moment your order is handed over to the carrier, a confirmation email containing comprehensive tracking data will be dispatched to your inbox.

  • Standard Shipping: Standard domestic transit typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of fulfillment, depending on your location.

  • Delays & Transit Exceptions: While we partner with reputable carriers, we cannot control transit disruptions caused by severe weather or carrier volume. If an order experiences an unusual delay, our support team will actively monitor the tracking until it reaches your door.

3. Return & Exchange Protocol

Because our collection is built on intent and quality, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your premium garments. If an item does not meet your expectations or fit correctly, we provide a streamlined, hassle-free resolution.

  • The Window: We accept returns and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

  • The Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, pristine condition with all tags attached.

  • The Process: 1. To initiate a return or swap, contact us at service@shopelitecollection.com  with your order number. 2. Our team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and clear instructions. 3.  Once our facility receives and inspects the return, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued directly to your original method of payment. 4.  Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

Our quality control standards are exceptionally high, but if an item arrives damaged or your package is missing an element, we rectify it immediately.

Please contact service@shopelitecollection.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will expedite a replacement shipment to you at no additional cost.
